FWA welcomes two new members

The Florida WellCare Alliance would like to welcome two new members to our organization, Dr. Anna Tinio and Dr. Ken Savage.

Anna Katrina S. Tinio, M.D., was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, in the Philippines. She worked as as a general practitioner before moving to the US. She completed her pediatric residency training at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch New Jersey where she served as chief resident on her final year.

Dr. Tinio moved to Florida and joined West Florida Pediatrics where she has been happily caring for the children of Citrus County since July 2013.

Dr. Ken Savage, Jr. is a Family Practice physician and practices at Nature Coast Health Care in Crystal River. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2001, his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience in 2005 and completed his residency in Family Medicine in conjunction with Nova-Southeastern University and Suncoast Hospital / Largo Medical Center from 2005-2008. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

The Florida WellCare Alliance is a Peer Reviewed Association of Independent Physicians practicing in Citrus county. The focus of FWA is to assist our physician partners in providing the highest quality healthcare services to our county residents.
